Our Favorite Easy Croud Pleaser

FROGMORE STEW

6 quarts of water
3/4 cup Old Bay Seasoning
2 pounds new red potatoes
2 pounds hot smoked sausage
links, cut into 2 inch pieces
12 ears corn- husked, cleaned and quartered
4 pounds large fresh shrimp

  Bring water to a boil with the Old Bay Seasoning
    in a large stockpot
  Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
  Add sausage and cook for 5 more minutes
  Add corn and cook for 5 more minutes
  Add shrimp and cool until pink about 5 more
     minutes.
  Drain immediately and serve with butter, sour
    cream, cheese, or your favorite toppings. Add         rolls, and/or your favorite salad.
Our Favorite Homemade Ice Cream

Granddaddy's Grape Ice Cream

Mix together
5 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1 can of Eagle Brand condensed Milk
1 small can frozen Welchers Grape juice
(White or Grape) Pour into freezer

Add
Enough Whole Organic Milk to fill the
ice cream freezer to the fill line
Freeze according to the Freezer instructions
using Rock Salt and ice.
